Creating 'Voices in The Sky': A Cosmic Journey in Storytelling and Technology
I'm thrilled to announce the release of my latest Kindle book, which is now the 4th one, "Voices in The Sky," now available on Amazon KDP! This project has been a labor of love, and I'm excited to share a bit about how it came to be.
The Inspiration
The spark that ignited this book was the fascinating real-world testimonies about Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP). Former F-18 pilot Ryan Graves' Congressional testimony in 2023 served as a pivotal inspiration, opening up my mind to the endless possibilities of storytelling in this realm. So, with that in mind, I crafted a story that only resembles the authentic experience. Still, my story, although inspired by events as described by Rayan Graves, is wholly fabricated by my imagination, and it is my first attempt at designing and developing a Sci-Fi. To do this, I needed the best tools I could use. So after designing the flow of the story in my head and picking the characters, I asked ChatGPT4 for some help and a bit more from Claud AI. As for Claud, she is a good and smart AI and learns quickly by uploading instructions. Recently, I have been teaching her to master the Midjourney AI prompting. First, I created a complete set of instructions and parameters I have learned over the last eight months into a text file. I then uploaded the content and included many samples I had created by doing the process of trial and error. Not surprisingly, she learned quickly, and she has been helping me out by writing descriptive prompts close to my vision,
The Technology
So one of the most exciting aspects of creating this book was utilizing Midjourney AI's "Whispering" technology. As an enthusiast of both AI and Quantum Computing, integrating cutting-edge technology into storytelling has always been a passion of mine. I have looked at many AI products, and none can outperform the Midjourney. Midjourney AI 5.2 in Raw Mode has been a game-changer, aiding in designing stunning illustrations and digital art that elevate the narrative. Take a look at these images. The Writing Process
The writing itself was an emotional journey. I collaborated with OpenAI's GPT-4 model to craft my vision and overall character generation into a narrative that's not only thrilling but emotionally resonant. The result is a seamless blend of technological prowess and narrative ingenuity.
The Visuals
The illustrations and digital art were crafted using Midjourney AI, adding a layer of visual storytelling to the book. These visuals serve to augment the emotional tone, creating an immersive experience for the reader.
The Final Product
After weeks of hard work, the book is a 60-page journey that delves into cosmic exploration, human existence, and the potential of advanced technology. Volume III is already under production.
