Quantum computing books #1

Jack D. Hidary

Quantum Computing: An Applied Approach

Jack Hidary is a researcher in quantum computing and in Artificial Intelligence at Alphabet X, Formerly Google X.

If you want to see a complete picture of the quantum computing landscape, there is no better way than reading the entire 360 pages of this book twice, or if you can spare more time, for the third time.

Because although it paints an excellent picture of quantum computing foundations mixed with a hands-on coding approach to this rapidly emerging field, it is also a fantastic quick reference on most QC topics. The book is completely updated to the current status of quantum computer advancement, covering both hardware and newly emerging software. I prefer to buy a hard copy, but a free PDF download version on the Publisher Site is available.

I intend to keep this book handy next to my computer keyboard and coffee mug.
